All of our tools and equipment are sanitized and disinfected after each use, and we follow strict hygiene protocols. Bliss Nails is committed to providing a safe and enjoyable experience for all our clients. If you have any health concerns or conditions, please let us know before taking nail services with us so that we can take the necessary precautions and provide you with the best possible service. Please note that we may refuse service to clients with certain health conditions, such as neuropathy or open wounds, for their own safety.


Refund Policy: All of our services are non-refundable. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your service, please let us know within 24 hours and we will do our best to make it right.


Online Appointment Cancellation Policy: We reserve the right to cancel appointments booked online at our discretion. In the event of a cancellation, we will make every effort to notify you at least 30 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.
